Follow these steps from first tap to final champion. Each step unlocks automatically as your tournament progresses.
Tap the green "Create New Event" button on the home screen. Choose your event type, then fill in the details. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk.
King & Queen, Fixed Doubles, Mixed Doubles, or Singles. Tournament Mode: Pool Play + Playoffs, Bracket-Only, or Round Robin Only. Gender: Men's, Women's, Coed, or both (auto-splits into separate divisions).
Set entry fees, prize pool (% of entries or fixed amount), Prize Type (Cash / Medals / Mixed), DUPR rating min/max, and optional Combined Team Age or Combined Team DUPR constraints.
GPS location search, court count, signup and refund deadlines, contact info, live stream URL, Court/Facility cost tracking with auto-estimated run time.
Choose your notification method: Text, Email, Twilio (Operator+), or Platform SMS (Empire). Customize four templates — Match, Reminder, Qualifier, Eliminated — with smart placeholders.
Send a targeted broadcast to the right audience mid-event: All Players, a filtered Division (narrow by gender, DUPR rating bracket, and/or age group — only options with matching players are shown), hand-picked Individuals, or everyone playing on a given Day. Deliver via Push, Email, or SMS (Empire, active events). A live count shows exactly how many players will receive it before you send.

Host+Mark the event as DUPR-sanctioned to enforce verified ratings, enable DUPR SSO login, and submit match results for official rating updates after the tournament. Once registration opens, use DUPR Bulk Verify (Players tab) to batch-check every registrant's sanctioned status in one tap, and SSO Filter & Notify to instantly message all players who haven't yet logged in via DUPR SSO so they can complete verification before play begins.
Operator+Set an age group (Open, 18+, 35+, 50+, 65+, or custom min/max) to gate registration by player age. Combine with DUPR cutoffs, Combined Team Age, and Combined Team DUPR constraints for precise division scoping. All rules are enforced automatically at every entry point: public signup, organizer add-player, CSV import, and partner invitation acceptance.
Share your registration link or QR code — players self-register from any browser. Your event is also automatically discoverable on the Discover tab so players can find it without a link.
Players fill in their info, DUPR ID auto-lookups populate ratings, and Stripe processes the entry fee. Waitlist kicks in when capacity is reached. Calendar download included.
For Fixed Doubles events, players can browse "looking for a partner" listings directly on the signup page before registering. An invitation fires automatically when they sign up together.
Import players from a spreadsheet, mark payments in bulk, check in an entire roster with one tap, and export your directory for offline records. Available on the web dashboard. DUPR ratings refresh automatically the moment you open the Players tab — always current without any manual action.
Edit player details, track payment and check-in status, withdraw players (waitlist auto-promotes), and use the built-in duplicate detector by DUPR ID, email, and name. On tournament day, use "Check In All" or check in players individually as they arrive — timestamps recorded automatically.
Connect your Stripe Express account in Settings to accept entry fees online. Players pay through a secure Stripe checkout before registration confirms — no spot held until payment is received. Platform fees are applied automatically via Stripe's application fee mechanism. Funds go directly to your connected account.
When registration closes, one tap generates DUPR-balanced pools using an intelligent snake draft. Players are sorted by rating, then spread across pools so every pool has near-equal average skill.
Pool play runs itself. Each match gets a unique QR code — players scan it from their own phone to enter scores. No app install required. Scores auto-confirm, standings update live, and Auto-Pilot reassigns courts the instant a match finishes.
Players scan, confirm their team, enter the score. The opposing team confirms — preventing disputes. Score validation shows clear error messages before submission.
Courts are assigned using smart priority: lowest round first → most-behind pool → same-court continuity → match number tiebreaker. Conflict-free, even under concurrent updates.
Tap the bell icon on any match card to alert players. Auto-Notify sends court assignments and scorecard links automatically when courts free up. Qualifier & Eliminated alerts go out at the right moment.
Share a link for real-time standings and bracket updates. Auto-refreshes every 15 seconds. Works on any device — phone, tablet, or venue TV screen. Live stream button for YouTube/Twitch.
When all pool matches are done, a banner appears. Your next step depends on the Tournament Mode you chose at setup:
Tap "Generate Playoffs." Choose single or double elimination, configure scoring rules, and brackets are created instantly. Top players from each pool advance with standard seeding (1v8, 2v7…). Partner selection for Mixed Doubles.
No brackets needed. When all matches are done, Auto-Pilot notifies you to review final standings and tap "Complete Tournament." Pool standings are the result. Perfect for recreational events.
The bracket is pre-generated before any pool play. Seeded directly from your player list. Automatic court assignments and advancement from the first match.
Quarterfinal, Semifinal, Final, Losers Final, Grand Finals, 3rd Place Match — labels compute dynamically and appear consistently across match cards, scorecards, push notifications, email alerts, and the player app.
The "Complete Tournament" button appears when the final match is confirmed. Tap it to lock results, archive the event, and initiate prize payouts.
Select a payment method per finishing place — Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Stripe, Cash, or Other. Winners get a push notification and email. For mobile apps, they submit their handle (one-time, never saved). Mark it paid, they confirm receipt. Full audit trail.
Entry fees collected, prize pool, sponsor contributions, Court/Facility cost deduction, and organizer net revenue — all in one view. Privacy-masked by default with a toggle to reveal. Tap any player row for a Payment Breakdown modal showing their individual entry fee, platform fee, and payout detail in one place.
For sanctioned events, submit all match results to DUPR for official rating updates with one tap. BYE matches are automatically excluded. Submission status shown per match.
Operator+Completed tournaments are archived with full match history, standings, and brackets. Duplicate any event to reuse all settings for your next one. Unlock to make corrections if needed.

Search co-organizers by name or email — results are scoped to players from your own event history. Tap to add instantly, or type a full email to invite someone new. Event managers can handle matches, scores, players, and payments — but can't edit settings or view revenue.
Operator+Add sponsors by name at creation, or with full Platinum / Gold / Silver tier placements from the edit form. Scrolling banner on spectator page. Tour events inherit sponsors automatically.
Operator+Run a full season circuit. Cumulative points, format groups, and tour leaderboards track every stop. Automatic Grand Finals qualification invites the top performers — with roll-down, wildcard buy-in approvals, Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ) events, and a managed invite flow all built in. Progressive Tour Quick Start spins up a full multi-stop circuit in one flow.
Each division card has four one-tap actions: Signup Sheet (share the registration link or QR), Live Results (open the spectator view), Player App (launch that division's companion page), and Message (notify all players in that division). The Player Hub button in the tour header shares a single page covering all stops and divisions for the whole tour.
When qualification closes, tap Send Invites on the Grand Finals page to blast formal invitations — with accept/decline links — to every qualified player at once. Add a Tour Bonus to reward top performers with extra Grand Finals points on top of their placement.
